Management Team
Graham Douglas Anderson B.Bus CA - Director/ Chairman
Mr Anderson has over 20 years commercial experience as a
Chartered Accountant. He currently operates a specialist accounting
and management consultancy practise, providing a range of corporate
advisory and audit services to both public and private companies.
He acts as a director and company secretary of a number of listed
and unlisted public companies in both the resource and industrial
sectors.
Robert Mennie -Director/ Chief Technical Officer
Rob has more than 20 years experience in software development.
For 11 years he held a senior position managing software development
for Ultradata, one of Australia's leading Financial Solutions
Providers. Rob has also managed projects for others including
National Australia Bank, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, AMP, ANZ,
state governments and leading Fund Managers.

For the last 5 years he has been involved in the development of
e-commerce and electronic supply chain management solutions. In late
1999 and early 2000 Robert participated in a pilot for the US
Federal government, conducted by CommerceNet. The pilot was to allow
on-line purchasing by the General Services Agency (GSA), the
National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the
Department of Defence Logistics (DOD). Rob successfully completed
the pilot that proved that catalogue interoperability through XML
would work.
Mark English - Director
Mark completed a Bachelor of Business Degree in 1979, and was
admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1983, and the
Institute of Chartered Secretaries in 1998. Mark has worked with
various firms of Chartered Accountants in Australia and overseas for
the past 22 years.
In 1991 Mark established his own firm of Chartered Accountants
specialising in the provision of financial services, management and
company secretarial advice to companies and business principally
involved in the resource, rural and IT industries.
Throughout his professional career Mark has been a director of a
number of public companies.
